可調(diào)諧單頻半導(dǎo)體激光器包含一個(gè)激光二極管和頻率選擇模塊,比如用于激光頻率選擇和調(diào)諧的光柵。我們可提供從190 nm到4000 nm中的任一波長(zhǎng),并且可同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)窄線寬與可調(diào)諧 – 在某些系統(tǒng)中甚至可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高達(dá)120 nm無(wú)跳?烧{(diào)諧范圍。
此類激光器的功率即可以通過獨(dú)立的放大器進(jìn)行放大,也可以集成在完整的主控振蕩器的功率放大器 (MOPA)中,大功率可達(dá)到4 W。大部分的TOPTICA放大器系統(tǒng)都在使用錐形放大器。
更寬的光譜覆蓋范圍可以通過倍頻激光器來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn) – 可以實(shí)現(xiàn)從190 nm到680 nm,而功率至高可以達(dá)到1 W。
